How we engage, deliver, bill, and support the projects we take on.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This Service Policy explains how a typical engagement with Lavanya Tech works — from proposal to delivery to post-launch support — for our web development, e-commerce, app development, AI automation, and digital marketing services. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions; where a signed proposal or contract for your specific project says something different, that document takes precedence.
Each project proposal specifies a number of included revision rounds for design and development milestones. Reasonable refinements within the agreed scope are included; requests that change the original scope, add new features, or go beyond the included revision rounds will be quoted and billed separately before we proceed.
Timelines quoted in your proposal assume timely feedback, content, and access/credentials from your side. Delays in providing these — or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party platform outages, payment gateway/app store review delays, etc.) — will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and are not treated as a delay on our part.
Ownership of custom code, designs, and content we create for your project transfers to you upon full and final payment. Until then, all deliverables remain the property of Lavanya Tech. We retain the right to reuse general-purpose components, frameworks, and know-how developed during your project in future work for other clients, provided no confidential or client-specific material is disclosed. Third-party licensed assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own license terms.
We treat your business information, credentials, and project details as confidential and use them solely to deliver your project. With your permission, we may reference the completed project (name, screenshots, a short description) in our portfolio and marketing.
Unless your proposal states otherwise, we provide a complimentary bug-fix window after launch to resolve defects in work we delivered (typically 15–30 days, as specified in your proposal). This covers fixing what we built — it does not cover new features, changes to requirements, issues caused by third-party updates or by changes made by you or another party after handover, or normal content updates. Ongoing maintenance beyond the warranty window is available as a separate retainer.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. You remain responsible for payment of work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
